Thank you to all of our customers for your purchases and kind words which warms our hearts and makes our day a bit brighter.

Some outfits are made to order per child's measurements.

We can be booked a week and up to 3-4 weeks in advance so please check with us about scheduling dates to see what we have opened. Appointments go quickly so please don't hesitate to make your decision once you hear what time slot we have available. We will only hold said date for a 12 hour period, if I do not hear from you within this time frame we will have assume you are not interested and will offer date to the next client. If you need something in a hurry please let us know, we will try our best to work with you.

Once we have booked a sewing date the outfit in question will or can take from 1-2 days depending on the size of the order or design then ship on the following Monday, Wednesday or Friday. We use 2-3 day Priority mail but sometimes it can take as long as 5-7 days but its rare so you will need to take that into consideration when ordering.

Payment is due at the time of ordering to hold your sewing date that we have scheduled for you and before we can begin the design.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express

Payment options:

(1) We can invoice you from our merchants account, once you receive the email from them you click on the secure link within that email then enter your own credit card information, We will never see your card number.

(2)You can pay through an online payment service www.Paypal.com, You will have to register with them if you don't already have an account and list your credit card on their secure site which allows you to pay instantly. You will have to have a "Verified Account" and it has to have a "Confirmed" shipping address in order for me to accept payment and I only ship to the address you have on file with them.

This is very important so please read carefully!!

"Cancellation Policy": You have up to 72 hours (3 business working days) prior to your scheduled sewing date we have set for you to cancel your order with no penalties, A full refund will be issued. Canceling after the allotted 72 hour requirement (3 business days) a 3rd (1/3) of what the total order is (minus shipping fees) will be withheld for our expenses and time loss.

Once ANY outfit or item is completed and ready for shipment there are no refunds.

By pre-paying for your order when you book said date you agree to the terms.

No wholesale ordering at this time.

Because these outfits are custom made to order, We cannot accept returns, but if there is reason to feel we have made a mistake we will gladly correct the problem.

We only ship via USPS Priority Mail which will be around $5.25 to $6.25 depending on package size, weight and your location. We do not charge a handling fee. We do not try and make money on shipping fees. We strive to keep the cost down for you.

If you need it quickly we can ship overnight USPS Express Mail $19.85.
All packages require a signature before they will be delivered. If you are not home the post person will leave a note on your door and you will have to go to the post office to pick up the package.
